Registration

  • • Must be a Qantas Ski Club member
    • Strictly limited to 20 participants
    • Deposits must be received by Tuesday 05 December
    • FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED by Monday 15 January.
    • Unbooked rooms MUST be released on Thursday 14 December. After this date availability can not be guaranteed, accommodation may not be in the same location and may be at a substantially higher cost.
    • Booking refundable if cancelled PRIOR 05 December.
    • 20% fee if booking cancelled BETWEEN 06 and 31 December.
    • 50% fee if cancelled BETWEEN 01 and 04 February.
    • 80% fee if booking cancelled BETWEEN 05 February and 24 February.
    • NO REFUND after February 25 unless resulting vacancy can be filled.
    These fees are imposed by the Organiser, not the Qantas Ski Club, and therefor not flexible.
  • For those who have already paid a partial deposit.
    Fully refundable if cancelled prior Tuesday 05 December.

• Cancellation and Refund policies are not flexible as they are imposed by the resort and not the Qantas Ski Club.
• RACING is only open to airline employees and retirees with the appropriate identification

World Airline Ski Championships 2018






Would you like to enjoy a winter holiday

Then come visit the Kitzbühel | Kirchberg ski area and join the fun at WASC 2018, the World Airline Ski Championships, along with 400+ Airliners and friends from around the world!


The extraordinary beauty of the Kitzbühel|Kirchberg ski area offers 215 kilometres of slopes and 36 kilometres of marked ski routes in all degrees of difficulty, as well as action-packed snowboard fun parks, natural toboggan runs and hundreds of kilometres of cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails. The top attraction is probably the legendary Hahnenkamm Races with the world-famous “Streif”. 


Skiresort.de, the world’s biggest test portal for ski resorts, named Kitzbühel the Best Ski Resort in the World in 2017, after having conferred this title upon the ski area in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 as well. In addition, World Ski Awards (the Oscars of the skiing industry) chose Kitzbühel as the World’s Best Ski Resort.


This WASC may be the most spectacular ever. Red Bull, one of the major sponsors, plans to film the event for Austrian TV, and Kitzbühel being the ski resort to see and be seen, will make this an unforgettable experience. Don't miss it!

• Ski at your leisure

• 6 nights (Saturday 10 March to Friday 16 March, 2018). Austrian style B&B. Double room accommodation (one bed, two mattress). Pension Schmidinger  Centrally located in Kitzbühel.

• Optional bus transport from/to Munich, Innsbruck or Salzburg airports. From Euro 54 one way to Euro 140 roundtrip depending on airport. Participants to book and pay transport provider directly.
